I am attempting to leave TBS. Once it was a great factoring company and now it's crap. Not to mention they will not up my limit, so I figured it's time to go.
I decided a long time ago to get a line of credit with the bank and then I just got a new line of credit with a credit card company. I have enough money to cover the lost revenue that I won't be factoring.
My question is if I do an early buyout with the factoring company will the broker pay me the invoices I just bought out?
If not then I'm just going to have to wait it out and rely on the revolving line of credit until everything is settled and then submit my rate confirmations.
That's the plan anyways. If there's a better way I'm all ears.
