1989 Peterbilt automatic shutdown system

where is the alarmstat coolant alarm sensor located on a 3406b engine? dealership told me it is part # kys-1002-07348-36.

I think in the thermostat housing on the B, maybe the head. Think it has a red top IIRC.

On a Pete with a B the temp guage and fan switch are in thermostat housing


The Kysor switch is center of the head on right side
Low water switch runs light and buzzer in in too radiator tank

 

I'm working on a FLD. the temp gauge is in the middle of the head.
the water level is in the radiator, driver side.

BUT
where is the alarmstat located?
