Really? 90 days? When I sold my house in Minnesota literally 1 year ago it went on the market at 8am and we had an offer before 10am (which we took because it was 15k more than the house was actually worth).

 

Yeah, seems it blew out his radiator. But, other than that, it's all systems go.

You should probably buy a farm like I did. Gives a lot more variety on the stuff to break! Stayed home from church today because my wife and 3 of the boys have cooties, so didn’t want to spread em around. Wheezing and hacking up lungs, I had it 10 days ago or so, no fun!
