Hello, i just signed up. Im a new driver looking for a job. I graduated a CDL school in 6/2024 and been driving a tractor trailer for about 100mi per week but no real trucking experience. I was thinking about applying with US Express or Navajo but saw some bad things about them and its making me nervous. I have double/triple and X endorsement and familiar with snowy mountains roads. Eventually i want to haul crude oil i think, but i need to get some real experience first. I like to do OTR to go see all of America while getting some experience. Anyone have any company recommendations? Thank you

    Chinatown and austinmike Thank this.

One thing that can be of help is your location. Doesn’t need to be your front door, just a general city/state.

I'm averaging what marten is paying 5 days a week with jbhunt intermodal. New cdl holder wont get paid as much probably but they have a Denver team and take as little as 3 months prior experience.

Disclaimer: jbhunt does have driver facing cameras and I hate that part. The rest is pretty good.
