They probably will not offer you a reefer job in NC they couldn't get you home. that leaves you van, flat or curtain side. If you want to pull reefer why not try maverick I hear they just aquired a reefer division.

I had inquired about their new reefer division. They are only hiring west of Nashville, unless that has changed in the last two weeks.

    Thanks GWD..
I wondered about that. What happens if I get the card and then decide to go with another company? Do they charge me for it? Can they do that? I'm not sure yet when my appointment is for them, but I have my own on the 6th of May.

Refeer isn't the best division to be in. There is a lot of down time waiting to be loaded and unloaded. Very few if any drop and hooks. The only plus is if the refeer freight is slow you can pull dry van.

    bigcove Thanks this.

I'm with you there swift338... I'm going Flats too. Just something about it pulling me toward it. After talking with the girl up there I found out that there training will place you in van for a little while before you go flat bedding. They said its to get you used to being out there. Then they send you to a load securement training and then out with a flat bed trainer for a short time before heading out on your own as a flat bedder.

But by going here and doing one you always have alternatives if you realize Flats aren't the right fit... I like that idea...

Anyone know what the acceptable levels of blood pressue level is for Roehl? I mean as long as you pass your DOT there shouldnt be any issue right? So anywhere below 140/95? Whats the deal?
