I remember one driver on here, right out of cdl school, wanted to work or Estes.
Estes requires one year of experience.
Estes was having a job fair at the time, so I told him to go to that and ask for anything, even a box truck job to start out.
He went to the job fair and was hired to drive a box truck. He was told that after one year, he can start applying for tractor-trailer openings, P&D or Linehaul. -
Well they seem busy so thought could be possible. The tm said he loved my energy and was top of his list but maybe he was blowing smoke he had more interviews to do he said. .my profile on their website says no longer being considered. But the woman that I talked to there said it takes 2-3 weeks.
-
Not always. It depends on the location.
-
It does take a while. Have they given you a medical card?
-
No Estes didn’t give me medical card.
-
If they would've did that you're in. It does take a while to get hired tho.
-
Copy. I’ll wait n c if anything comes of this.
-
Yeah they most likely moved forward with someone else. It would say under consideration and once you got the job the application would update to offer accepted. If they make you take a drug test and physical and you pass then your in as long as background check clears pretty much. Then you wait to start with a trainer before going out on your own atleast this is how my hiring process went.
