That’s not an English-speaking problem at all. It’s a grain hauler probably from the area if you look at the truck, it’s not the Chicago Volvo or some nonsense like that that’s strictly head up your butt situation frankly, if you even looked in his mirror before he started, he realize the train was right almost alongside him

Correct. Christensen Farms - a large elevator & pig farm outfit - is directly across those R.R. Tracks. Mostly local grain trailers and pig haulers frequent this place... Christensen Farms | Family-Owned Pork Producer
And besides all that, the tractor driver's name was Robert Thomas Jewitt and I would bet if people can't understand him it is because of his MN accent.~Last edited: Apr 8, 2025

During my 10 minute commute I pass at least half a dozen uncontrolled train crossings exactly the same as the one in the video with tracks parallel to the highway.

Drivers are unintelligent nowadays . In the soo on the Canadian side I often see trucks stopped at red light with trailer on the tracks. The sensor is set up to trip the light at the truck stop line before the tracks . Same thing in new Westminster where a huge TP warehouse is located . No common sense about personal and public safety anymore.

And obviously doesn't remember passing the train on the right just before making the turn.Cdemars316, Grumppy, Kyle G. and 5 others Thank this.

Driver forgot that #1 rule: ANY TIME IS TRAIN TIME!!

STOP, roll down the windows, listen, look, look again, proced. This driver ignored most of this.

Actually for seeing it, there probably would be the worst place for a big train to be seen!
