Its means that cryos hiring standards are not what they used to be. Too many people retiring, getting fired, quitting, not a healthy enough of a driver pool to fish from. Linde has more ads this week than I have seen in a while.

 

well, for only the second time in 15 years, I called out last night. Wasnt feeling too hot and I've been struggling to even come in. I'll spare the whinefest. But I'm going to start researching other gigs/locations.

Can you transfer to another Linde terminal?

I havent been here a year yet. I would have to quit and reapply and go through the whole process again. I've looked at several terminals(locationwise) the main issue is trying to gain information without it being relayed back to my boss. I dont want to get 'Let go' until I have something to go to. Theres something really weird going on here and I dont want to get retaliated on or have my efforts blocked or sabotaged.

 

I wondered too then figured he misspelled it.
