Humans have been and still are foolish. Too easy to jump into anything that seems easier. To make any progress on this poison plastic issue we have we need to take some steps backwards. Stop using it.
I don't see it happening unless we are forced, and I don't see that happening.
If it is true about how much we already have in our brain, it explains a lot. I know people with more plastic than brains.....o_O:rolleyes::eek::D

I lived through the 1970s and 80s when the huge advance in scientific instruments suddenly showed there were trace poisons in almost everything and almost everywhere. Some people are germaphobes and think if they briefly come in contact with anything that isn't pure enough for a brain surgery operating room they will have cancer before the day is over. Some people are not like that. I'm done with the mass panics. Just because you can measure something doesn't mean it's dangerous. EVERYONE dies of something, even the health food and exercise gurus. Look up the Hygiene Hypothesis. Your body needs a certain amount of challenge from radiation, toxins, microorganisms or your immune system will attack your own body. The LAST thing you really want is a boosted immune system. You want a normal immune system and a balanced diet.

Balanced is the key word here. However too much of anything , it doesn't even have to be poison, too much of anything is not good and it is not balanced.
Many of todays diseases, that we accept as normal are auto-immune diseases.
