Good luck in your search, the answer to your question about income from what I see on here being a team you should have no problem clearing $4000. Someone could almost do that solo.

 

Prime will train you both, but only separately. The waiting list for trainers to take on female trainees is quite lengthy, so the Mr. would have to go first, then train the Mrs. - that's the only way it works at Prime right now.

 

CRE will train you both together.
30 days phase 1, then move on to Q Fleet.
You stay together 4 all the otr training.

 

Have you ever driven a truck for a living? I'm sorry but unless your pulling those top dollar over sized load's and own your own truck to do it you won't make near that much bring home. I'm pretty sure even the dumbest person know's that. That's about the dumbest #### thing I've ever heard.

I'll give Prime that much. They do have a kick ### training program. As for CRE, well, those truck's are already cramped for space but they don't seem to mind putting 3 people to a truck. No way in hell I would ever ride like that.

 

Those are good stories. If someone can get some good solid standing evidance againest them and is employed with them why not take them to court and sue the hell out of them for "false advertisment" which last I checked was illegal. I'm surprised with as many driver's as they've screwed over one of them hasn't laid a bomb threat or something on them.

They've called me before trying to talk me into working for them and told them like J.B. Hunt, I've heard about all the BS you put your driver's through. No thank's, now loose my number and go find someone who has a lollipop tattooed on their forehead (sucker) because I'm not falling for that BS.

 

Swift trains HW teams, also, if I remember correctly.

 

it maybe tough to be trained together. but as for the money a team should have no problem to bring home 1500 a week together. My wife and i do that in a bad week.

 

Covenant does train husband and wife teams. My trainer (I just finished my training) is getting a married couple next.

 

As an earlier post pointed out...Swift will put you both through their academy (southern CA means Phoenix for academy) but only one at a time. and whoever goes through first (I recommend Hubby) will become the other's Mentor.

We had a lady on this forum that went through the Swift thing with her husband, and he Mentored her...they are dedicated to Wal Mart last I heard and are very happy with their decision. The $$$ aren't anything to get excited about with any training company, but after training Swift will keep a GOOD team going...just don't be lazy or whiny and you should do fine with Swift..
