450 miles per day is 2200-ish miles per week if you run 5 days. At 80 cpm, that's good money. I'd jump on it.
Advice needed please

If you are ok with barely getting home and having to go back out it's ok.
I would not be. I would look around for something better. Best of Luck ~ -
Aahhh, the old "is the grass greener etc etc etc" saying. Never seems to end in this business. I would say to the recruiter, is it OK that I have just 90 days experience ? My current co. isn't living up to my expectations. I want a solid co to grow with. You will see most co's are the same. It's truck driving and a few variables. It's the type of freight that makes the most difference. Easier to unload 22 pallets with forklift than household of furniture on a rainy day in Minnesota in March. Stay in touch.

3 months experience and they offer you .80 a mile?? I highly doubt that is what it sounds like... 450 miles a day, that is such a random number it doesn't make much sense... my guess is it's all local crap with 3 or 4 or 5 stops a day..
UturnGirl Thanks this. -
80cpm is unheard of these days unless you’re doing tanker hazmat or OD, I’d jump on it if it’s true. Last time I got paid over 80cpm was post Covid when $3 a mile was considered cheap freight.

Make sure that you confirm that job the offer is not contingent on pending references. Mega's will approve everyone who can fog a mirror and does not have a recent DUI. So they will set you up for orientation get you there and low and behold your references or any number of background checks comes back with items that makes you ineligible for the job.
