    I saw this in Jersey in 98'...

    it's actually a very sophisticated Albanian inter-trip siphoning scheme...

    They use the fake hose to accuse the poor driver of being forgetful and shift attention away from their heinous act of piracy.

    Might have another Y2K on our hands boys, gear up it's going to get funky this summer.

    Sometimes, when fueling, I notice that the fuel nozzle is bent. This is from the nozzle is bent from being left in the fuel tank when a forgetful driver pulls away.
