As usual, an executive blaming everything else but their own decisions.

 

It says Heartland is focused on striking the fleet. That's the best thing to do in leaner times. It also said Heartland had made money, but Millis, CFI, and Smith didn't do so well, cited driver retention. Kind of surprised to hear that about Millis and Smith, since they're so highly thought of.

 

No surprise. When a piece crap company buys other companies, the overtaking company makes changes to those gained companies to better align them with themselves. Once that starts happening, gained employees jump ship, because they don’t want to work for a piece of crap. If they did, they’d already be working there.

 

I forgot, they wrecked Gordon Trucking Inc, as well.
