Cpap machines are a well known scam and companies make money by forcing you to get them (cpap companies pay them)

Tell him to take his opinion and shove it right where the sun doesn't shine. Go and get a second opinion, and if the company doesn't like it then don't work there. simple as that! -

I know this is an old post, but I wanted to post a happy update.
I've been applying to companies again lately and being honest with them about the sleep apnea diagnosis back in 2022. All of them said there was nothing they could do for me without at least 30 days of CPAP compliance or a new test that showed I was at a maximum of mild sleep apnea. Since 2022, I've lost 150lbs.
Three days ago I ordered a home sleep study from Lofta and took the test. I got my results back this morning. My AHI dropped from 37 to 8.6 moving me from severe sleep apnea into the mild range.
This monkey is officially off my back, I'm 100% legal, and I'll never take another sleep test as long as I'm a driver!
Thank you to everyone that responded, offered advice, and/or shared their personal stories. I love this community!FullMetalJacket, Sirscrapntruckalot and Powder Joints Thank this. -
