Hello guys, I am looking for info on my 2009 peterbilt 210. It's an ugly cab forward design made by DAF trucks overseas. It has a px6 paccar (6.7 cummins) and I'm looking for what voltage i should have from my ecm. The truck is 24 volt, I'm told the engine is 24v as well but my turbo actuator is a 12 volt part number. I have 24 volt at the actuator plug however and I'm trying to determine if there's a step down convert somewhere that has crapped out and fried my actuator or if it is in fact supposed to be 24 volt. I'm not sure where anything would step down to 12 volt for the actuator and 3 peterbilt dealers gave all promised to email me wiring diagrams for the truck but so far none have. Anyone maybe have any help or info on this for me?

    Thank you

I can look Monday if I have the last 8 of your VIN.

Awesome thank you! Last 8 of vin is AF590017. I'm just afraid of throwing a new turbo and actuator on that's 12 volt and the truck giving 24 volt and immediately frying the new actuator. If it does step it down to 12 volt somewhere i can't seem to find where or how do in hoping to find out for sure what voltage and where it comes from exactly or how the ecm is powered. Thank you!

Measure the voltage at the actuator. If the actuator is 24 volt so is the ECM. You may also be able to tell by the engine serial number on QSOL.

I have never seen a 24volt Cummins engine anything in the US for on highway. But it could be possible on that thing.

It is 24 volt at the actuator plug. A local shop fixed a crank no start where they said the ecm was not receiving power. Now I'm trying to determine if the shop has something wrong and is giving me 24 volt where it shouldn't be or if it is infact supposed to be 24 volt, but my actuator part number and turbo part number show 12 volt parts. I don't want to throw a 1000 dollar actuator on that's 12 volt and fry it immediately with 24 volts if it's wrong

I looked at your VIN and there's nothing on the Peterbilt side so Quickserve is going to be the route to take for diagrams and the other info you'll need like Goodysnap advised.

    Goodysnap Thanks this.
