America has a behavior problem

Nm is as bad as cali anymore... I read a couple months back about a guy that got arrested for shooting some tweaker that stole his excavator and pickup truck/trailer.. dude chased him down then shot the low life. They took him in on 2nd degree murder. What a joke. As far as I'm concerned he was doing society a favor

 

Aye there are degrees and lines of grey and dispite my hate i know there is a line. But there is a huge diffrence between two kids who have been together since they were minors with a small gap between them fooling around being one example as you said. In said example not something im going to do more then warn them use a #### condom and dont screw up your lives. Then in this case there is a fully mature man stabbing an 8 year old in a public setting with multiple witnesses. That is a whole diffrent matter and there is no defense moral, legal or otherwise.

Dont get me wrong. I have zero problems trading my freedom or life to put someone that deserves it in the ground. But im also not going to just walk up and blow the head off an 18 year old fooling with their 17 year old partner. Hell even a dad who smacks his kid likely aint enough for me to blow his head off.

Not unless its blatently clear he is beating the kid senseless, breaking bones, leaving bruses ect. which is another thing entirely then a dad using reasonable punishment.

Again stab a kid infront of me though? Thats so clear cut that your dead. Rape a minor as a fully mature adult beyond any reasonable shadow of a doubt? Your dead. Hell if i caught someone rapeing a woman or man as adults id still likely shoot the rapest as soon as i was sure it was truely rape going on. I have no forgiveness for pedos rapists or child abusers. But im not going to randomly gun down someone just because they smacked their kid upside the head for being a moron either.

There is a time and place for taking a life. And dispite my deep hate for those sorts of people. Im not going to randomly murder someone. There is a line. And i like to think im smart enough to not cross it.

A man in the Old West would have have been handled by an unruly mob post-haste for doing what this creature did.

 

They honor several states. Whichever state honors theirs the will honor. Or at least that’s what was taught in cwp class
