It’s been English Spoken Language since I can remember and that goes as far back as 1968 when I was in elementary school. And 64 yrs old today. Well, this is also in the Communist state of Commiefornia

Actually, English as a Second Language is what I meant and is what you'll encounter during a Google search.

No matter, I think we can all agree that being a trucker in the United States or Canada who does not read, write, or speak enough English to effectively communicate with others is clearly on a path to the Dark Side.

They cant catch them all. Unless they stop every single truck on the road at the same time, run swat team raids into every place that has trucks parked outside, or calls every cdl holder in the system into a police station or dmv to personally take a language test. They will just get them when they can at routine inspections or the scenes of catastrophic killer pile up accidents or roll overs. May take a few decades tho.
