BP can't go over 140/90

 

You mean blood pressure can't be over 140/90 even while doing the exercises? If that's true then heck I'll just enjoy my free trip and free food.. If I'm doing those exercises there's noway my blood pressure will be below 140/90 but it will be before doing the exercises and after the cooling period...

 

They don't check BP after each exercise just before starting. It's the heart rate that they monitor after each. As long as your BP is not above 140/90 before starting you will be ok.

 

Who are they?

 

I never had any problems.. They sent me somewhere an hour away, and I did the physical, and waited 3 days for them to send results to my recruiter.. My recruiter insisted hard to wait the "contractd 3 days"...
