BIGdiesel,
Your CDL employment issues are as follows:
- You have no CDL endorsements. Thus -- you have no real way to distinguish yourself from others applying for the same jobs. This also severely limits your shot at many of the better-paying CDL gigs.
- Gaps in employment. Unless you can fill those in with compelling reasons -- those are "red flags" to many CDL carriers.
- An incredibly sucky CDL job market. In many areas -- to accurately describe how bad it really is -- would be well beyond the scope of even remotely polite conversation.
- Your tenure at your CDL jobs has apparently (for the most part, anyway) been pretty short. Carriers view this of course as yet another "red flag".

What about Boeing? A lot of chicks are getting Rosie The Riveter type jobs there.

Some new CDL grads in Florida were also having problems finding jobs. They were hired by the companies at the International Airports.
I posted those companies in your thread, so maybe luck out. -
Before applying with Western Express
-- you might instead apply with the following carriers first (unless you previously have, already):
- Frey Miller
- Marten Transport
- Wilson Logistics
Submit a complete application to each/any on-line (instead of just calling them). Wait at least a week (a bit longer is probably better)...& then call in to their recruiting dept -- & ask about the status of your application.
None of those listed above will require you to have any CDL endorsements.
