Got rolled in to the Clearwater weigh station this afternoon. Ole dudes hands were dirty and he was primed to roll up under my truck for a level 1. He already had the aftermath of a few customers waiting for repairs.
All good I know, so no worries
But, some poor fella rolled in there with a brake squeaking, and he decided he would just level 2 me.
Sure surprised me to see em open on a Sunday

Yep
lol. She thinks she needs to be wherever I’m at. I look at her and ask if she wants to go, and you’d think she’s about to rip her toenails out jumping around.
Sent my wife some pics from the lake, this was response lol….

I didn't know that.
My folks bought a 1964 Jetstar 88 convertible. I was allowed to drive it in high school occasionally. It's probably just as well that car couldn't talk!singlescrewshaker, CAXPT, cke and 13 others Thank this. -
It was in there when my late FIL bought the truck 13 years ago. I was waiting for it to build air one day, and turned it on to see if it worked. It picked up the local AM station. The sound quality was a bit poor with the old speaker, but I still had a pretty good idea what they were talking about.singlescrewshaker, CAXPT, blairandgretchen and 13 others Thank this.

It’s really clean up top to have combustion gas (soot whatever) getting into the oil. I can still see the paint on the valve springs. If that issue was up top you’d see it. So now I’m genuinely curioussinglescrewshaker, CAXPT, cke and 12 others Thank this.

Can someone explain these wires to me please?
That's not a Jake solenoid or an injector, so I do not know what the purpose is. It sure seems like the wires would not last long going up and down that much. Maybe I don't understand what I am looking at.singlescrewshaker, CAXPT, blairandgretchen and 16 others Thank this.
