Gate Gourmet in San Francisco does the same work as Sky Chefs.
Gate Gourmet just laid off 100's of workers and Sky Chef's rehired them.
Try Sky Chef's anyway. -
Some of these companies hire drivers. Probably not what you want, but it's a job if really needed.

If Schnieder will take you for teams, I suggest you go for it. You live in the Bay Area and that can be dicey at times for finding a trucking job OTR for rookie drivers. You gotta get your foot in the door some way. If they run teams the right way, as in coast to coast, you're going to gain valuable experience because of the various scenarios you'll encounter. Then when the time is right, move on to greener pastures.Sirscrapntruckalot, blairandgretchen and thrillfly Thank this.

In addition to the only 70 hrs problem, another problem you have is your age. A lot of insurance companies wont touch anyone under 23. Or at least it used to be that way once upon a time. Things may have changed (but frankly I doubt it).Sirscrapntruckalot, blairandgretchen, tscottme and 1 other person Thank this.
