Kinda vague description of Why you can't cross into Canada until 2030? For Carriers: A trucking company may face issues entering Canada if they lack the proper paperwork, haven't received a CBSA carrier code, or are not compliant with cross-border regulations like cabotage rules.

As a CDL driver if you have a Dui om your record, its considered a Criminal conviction both sides of the border. So, that would be a life time ban.

A pardon demonstrates rehabilitation and may be a factor in applying for entry, but it doesn't remove the conviction from the Canadian database.

    77fib77 and CruzControhl2 Thank this.

Salu! Content d’te r’contrer, toi! T’as dis "ja’ mapelle" – c’pas plutôt "j’m’appele"? Kess tu veux d’mander aujour’hui, mon ami? Ça va ben?

Ça va ben? T’aura pas d’trouble au Canada, pas comme en France, c’tout du bon sens pour s’débrouiller là-bas, hein!

    Albertaflatbed and CruzControhl2 Thank this.

To be vague I can’t go because of a misdemeanor. Not dui violence child support or anything.

What part of Canadian authorities telling you to keep out until 2030 is unclear?

Contact the Canadian consul at the nearest 'large' us city near you.and inquire about the process to prove 'rehabilitation'.

This requires input from your local PD and a few character witnesses, aware of the infraction and willing to provide an affidavit that you are rehabilitated.

It can be accomplished but not quickly.
