Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.
-
- Driver facing camera
- No turn on red.. Anywhere
- Multiple classes a year plus virtual courses
- Points system for following too close
- "2.5 seconds" not looking forward = point
- If you accidentally touch a phone grabbing something else you're fired
- Seat belt even backing or in a yard or points
- 4 points inside a year is termination even if you're a million mile driver
- 2 >75MPH, distractions, or 1 phone event is immediate termination
- If you hit 76 coming down a long grade in a 70 zone for more than 2 seconds it's a point, and 2 in a year is termination
To better demonstrate: A 2500 mile home weekend driver just went from $1,800 to $1,200 before taxes.. They have deadhead pay else it'd be worse.. That'll go next..Last edited: Nov 19, 2024

Yeah that's not Walmart policies those are more strict. You have to really be a screw up to get fired from Walmart.
-
Walmart doesn't have driver facing camerasPpreciateItHaaaan Thanks this.
-
So it's understated?
More rules and now way less pay.. -
Update
- PTO Gone(website is lying)..
- 401k Gone
- .62(weekends home) and .65 are now .50 with .3 2500+ bonus(they showed the old rates on site now none showed lol)
Same AI camera and policies
People in PMs have been notified.. Even puppy mills are doing .58+ home weekends so avoid at all costs.. Zero benefits and below average CPM with crazy policy level..
Remember that auction post I made? Right now 20 road trucks and five box trucks going out at the Claremont terminal alone.. Most of their volume is local and short haul which are basically a different company with the same logo.. Anyone there right now can verify over by the fence..
Everyone not local or short haul(short sleeper trucks) is on the way out for pretty much anywhere else.. I think maybe Western Express is the only company with less CPMLast edited: May 29, 2025
Speed_Drums, ncmickey and Lonesome Thank this. -
they dont fire ya for not sqeezin a 100 lugnuts, every drop and hook.just curious whats the policy for a loose lugnut.call a tire man or carry your own lugwrench.lol
-
No they don't fire you for that and we don't check a 100 of them every drop and hook either. We got shops on the yard if you find one loose they'll retorque it. It sure does suck having to check lugnuts on a pre-trip and making almost $500 a day at the easiest trucking job there is. I dunno how anybody survives it LOL
Knucklehead Thanks this. -
Yeah it's pure misery checking lug nuts on a pre-trip

How are lugnuts and pretrip at a company that's not CT related to AI cameras and no turn on red?
By the way those .50 OTR drivers only make $200.00 less a day if they choose to drive daylight only.. Gaining 2 hours running nights they'd do $365.00 a day, again, at .50 a mile with zero bonuses.. Old scale they were doing $489.00 a day with layover and deadhead pay.. You're barely over scale with meal, mile, drop, live, region, arrive, sleep pay which means you can't run a drive shift and had to do something else with doors that paid what other drivers were making..Last edited: Jun 3, 2025
