Congress can not compel a private enterprise to give access to drivers to relieve themselves; this will get overturned in the courts because of the problem of who will enforce it.

Just remember this - if you think government intervention is a great thing, look at the ELD on your dash and tell me how much you love that.

 

If this passes I can’t imagine how nasty those portapotties are going to be in the heat of summer.

 

There are non-govt solutions. Govt doesn't solve problems they shift problems from one set of people to another set of people. This law will just crowd customer property with porta-potties

I agree with the others. Self reliance is a key skill for ALL of life.

I would recommend something like this rather than overspending the taxes I pay for enforcement of unnecessary codes and regs.

How bout instead of bathrooms , let's mandate all shippers and recievers to pay detention time after 2 hours.
