Get a Mason jar or other sealable container that won't leak if it gets tipped over. Put some RV campa chem in it if there is ever an emergency and you have to use it. Dampens the stench.
Dump in rest area/truck stop/ 1 star hotel room toilet at your earlest convenience.
Problem solved.

Going to make some jenkem then throw it at the loading dock that won't let me use the bathroom.
Jenkem - WikipediaJC1971, Hammer166 and hope not dumb twucker Thank this. -
I’d be against that because whatever the government mandates would quickly become the industry standard. When I pulled pneumatic we got detention starting at our appointment time if they couldn’t hold the product and any mandate would ruin it for people that have contracts like that.Blu_Ogre, tscottme, D.Tibbitt and 1 other person Thank this.

Do you get mad at the shipper because they don't allow you a place to blow your nose?
Your just blowing waste out of your exhaust pipe. Be resourceful. Instead of being insulted and wanting to seek revenge, figure out a creative and sanitary way to deal with it when you get stuck in a situation.tscottme Thanks this. -
So? You would still get paid. The vast majority of drivers get a whopping $0 for the time they spend sitting around... If they can't figure out how to load a truck in under 2 hours then they should be punished .
. Fortunately for u it would never be passedcke and hope not dumb twucker Thank this. -
I’ll still use the bottle like the heathen that I am

Sorry, but that won't happen either. The driver is not a contractor to the business; they are a de facto employee of the carrier and not there to work outside of the capacity of delivering.
Again if you want to solve this, it has to be an agreement between the carrier and the customer, if there is none, then keep goverment the hell out of it.
Again this is another no-starter. As soon as this is mandated, then a lot of jobs will go away. why should a company who is not paying for the load be stuck with a bill for delaying a truck which is not their own? -
The point I was trying to make is that it would be difficult first companies to negotiate terms like what we had with the pneumatic if the government mandates anything because whatever they mandate would become the norm. Be hard to try for instant detention if the government says it’s 2 hours.

Ten foe . I see what ur getting at .. I just would like to see something to hold some of these places accountable that can't seem to load 2 trucks per hour ... funny enough the plaes I do get paid detention I hardly ever have to send for it because they load quick... but there ain't no doubt in my mind the government would find a way to screw it all up

I will find my way to their bathroom one way or another.
