Funny you mention that, I'm currently on keto diet.
My my main survival food is zero carb bread.

Fills me up and weight come off.

 

Can get lots of Panda at Chicago area turnpike for like $13 and is a lot of food.

You'd think Chicago area and turnpike food would be more expensive than random Kansas Chinese food

 

Remember FJ's chinese? They used spaghetti for the lo-mien noodles.

 

I remember that stuff. Never got lo mein though. I always got pepper beef or sweet and sour pork. (I hope it was pork...)

 

You never know what sweet and sour meat you are getting at an Oriental restaurant.
