GSP Motor Carrier guy had never heard of it. Said I was the first person to ever mention it.
Wrote me up on an inspection even when I showed him the FMCSA website and the paper copy I carry. He said since he had never heard of it he didnt believe me. Company was able to fight it and have it removed.blairandgretchen, tarmadilo, OLDSKOOLERnWV and 7 others Thank this. -
Hah! I guess he knows every law in the books. What a tool. I’d probably have cussed him and made him call a supervisor.blairandgretchen, OLDSKOOLERnWV, singlescrewshaker and 6 others Thank this.

Yeah I’m not sure of the state but I know we absolutely got hammered a few years ago under the same situation. A driver got multiple tickets over multiple days for not taking his 30 min break. Eventually it was overturned but still a huge pain in the ###.OLDSKOOLERnWV, singlescrewshaker, CAXPT and 4 others Thank this.
