You can move your truck at truck stop if you parked in back row to the front row. You can almost anything you on you 34 or 10 hour break. You can go to the movies or grocery store or a restaurant or laundry. Go get a lot lizard if you want LoL. You can use PC to move your truck. Even if you want change parking spot or want that front row parking spot in the morning before they all fill up. Unless you company doesn’t allow Personal Conveyance. My company let use go 30 miles of PC no questions asked.
I AM SO SICK OF ELD'S! It's not making the industry any safer.

Exactly. Nothing ever gets reversed. It always moves forward. It's like a snake. Once it coils it gets tighter and tighter until it chokes the life out of it's victims.MooneyBravo and D.Tibbitt Thank this.

You could just use Personal Conveyance it's an off duty status and won't interrupt your break, as if you are driving while on break it would have to be for Personal reasons.
Trying the 4 mph crawl has ruined a lot of 10/34 breaks for my drivers and I tell them all the same thing, nothing I can do for you, congrats on a lesson learned. -
That is a great way to bump the drive line and ruin a break. The odometer and speed sensor don't always match.

I've never had a problem with it. I use it every single day multiple times a day.bryan21384, tarmadilo and Tb0n3 Thank this.

Can't you do the 5mph creep?
What I hate most about elds is once you start the 14 hr day, you can't pause it. If I'm held up at a shipper, I might be spending 10 hrs there to reset. And I can't predict when I start losing time. Sometimes minutes start to melt away, others, I get up 9 hrs later, and I still have the minutes I had when I went to sleep. -
Are us using sleeper berth? 14hr clock stops after 2 hrs of sleeper timebryan21384 and tarmadilo Thank this.
