@sawmill is a good guy. Didn't think twice about letting me borrow his pick up to run for parts. He made a friend for life today. Im gonna start making time to come through here so I can stop and return the favor he gave me today. Truck is running smooth as silk. Im not gonna shut it off tonight just in case. I'll swing down to his place in the morning so if it won't fire up again at least I won't have to worry about needing to call a wrecker.

Loaded some cardboard in Spanish Fork headed for Monte Vista.

Green River to Cortez is ridiculous this time of year, as is Pagosa Springs. I couldn't handle another day of camper traffic, so I stayed on 70 to Grand Junction, then 50, then CO 114.

    It was the right choice.

Funny you say that! there was a pretty rad impala lowrider that flew by me while I was parked. Think it was 63 or 64. Wasn't quick enough to grab a pic.. Had the Dayton spoke wheels, probably hydros on it.. Lots of cool rides out there

Unfortunately for me, this was a working day, started about 1:30 pm, putting edging up the rest of the way of my garage and then moving the neighbors pea gravel off my property, and then putting in 8 bags of marble chips, and then ran off to HD at 7:30 pm, got there with 15 minutes to spare and grabbed another 12 bags of marble chips and put them down before calling it a night at 9:30 pm. Was dragging butt all day, watering up and taking about 3 air conditioned breaks during that time. Still need to get some more, but was drained as all get out, and had a Dr. Appt Monday to have an Echocardiogram w/ Ejection Fraction done, as requested for my next DOT physical due before August. Fun times. : )

I'm not sure why honestly. Must be my shining personality. But she definitely makes me a better man.

Those and the 9400 with side skirts were a bear to do a exhaust job on.
