    Ken,

I thought I was but it got me thinking that people make mistakes and learn. I want my followers to know I am doing this and I have no regrets about my experience. I intend on sticking around and posting about my new experience.

Alright.. I thought you were taking a break..

In my personal opinion, by further airing your laundry you will only make yourselves look like children.

If you still have issues to resolve it might be better served to do it offline..

Then again, I always enjoy a good cat fight.. :biggrin_255:

I'm with Ken some things are better dealt with in private.

BUT if you are going to air it anyway you may as well tell everything. You asked
the others not to tell what happened but Larry came by and shed a little light on
    the whole situation.

I'm glad he did too as it gives a more complete story of events and does not
leave much room for people (us) to draw our conclusions based on very loose
information. And believe me sometimes letting people think what they will
without all the facts can be WORSE for you than just letting them know the truth.

Like know we know now that you were in an incident, left to the imagination it can
make you look bad. Or with the facts we can say, "#### I also did something
very similar and thats not so bad we all make mistakes".

The Challenger and Ken Thank this.

    Coon,

I made some mistakes and as someone with 0-3 months experience I am still learning. I will be the first to admit that. Evidently Jerry needed to broadcast what mistakes I have made and then some when we could have worked things out. Yes, we need to work out our issues but I doubt that will happen. He never returned my phone calls. I doubt he will. I do know when I get back out there I will be a better driver because of this experience. I just do not want everyone to look at one side of the story but rather all three.

I offered to pay my own airfare up to RIC but he insisted on coming out here. It was cheaper to do that than accept the load from MIA as he needed to get out of there. I know as my friend offered me a good deal on last min airfare via my hometown airport and it would have saved him money.

I haven't read all the pages of this post, but this whole situation seems weird to me. KH, hate to hurt your feelings on this but I don't think you're cut out right now to be doing OTR, you sound like you have some major anxiety issues with the job, either being gone from home, or not totally in tune with what you're doing, but you might want to think long and hard about your decission to go at it again, I honestly don't feel like you're going to see any resolve with Swift, or any company for that matter, you might just not be at a point in life where you're ready for this phase of driving, that's nothing to be ashamed of, I love my local job and being home every night, and I also admire those that are out on the road day in and day out. At the end of the day you need to think about your decissions from this point on because if you want to further yourself in this career all it could take is one more bad decission on your part to screw the whole thing up.

Guys I appreciate your help. It still means other members care for my future besides my regular friends on this site. I will give them a call Brazooka. I am applying for the LTL companies and may go to Swift once my orientation date comes up. If you know other companies let me know in a PM. I really do not want to give up trucking but am looking for jobs until a trucking job comes up.
