No for while they haven’t posted a position. I transferred to new spot with current job and it’s closer to home and has pension and union benefits. They just posted a position tho Tuesday. I was debating applying but where I’m at isn’t bad tho money just sucks until we top out.
jmz Thanks this. -
Where exactly are you?
-
Las Vegas. Work for company called amentum/arcata contractor for Airforce
-
Doesn't sound half bad. Good pay and benefits?
-
The pay is ok right now $32 hour, we’re getting 3.50 a year raise until 2028 then be at 45$ hour. Benefits r good and a peer 84 pensionSirscrapntruckalot and jmz Thank this.

#### impressive. I'm comparable COL area in the West and my old Teamster job is 1.00/yr increase. No pay differential, after 90 days you're topped out. They're at 31/hr now. OT after 40. Tanker liquid waste. Not an easy tanker gig either, guaranteed injury if you work there 1+ year.
Sounds like an pretty solid gig. Top end LTL company guys around here average 40-45/hr straight pay for line. P&D is around 30-38 unless you hired on since this past fall. Most of those jobs are 25-30 now. Food service slightly more. 28-33. Hazmat gigs with 3+ yrs exp in fuel/propane are posting "wait list" applications for 24-25.
Solid pay for a recent hire in this job market.Ryne Thanks this. -
Sounds like a really solid gig to me

Ya can’t really beat 4 10s either
