Just gonna throw in an additional idea for you. Buy your own personal blood pressure machine and check in a couple times a day. Especially when you first wake up in the morning. Sit up put your feet on the side of the bed and take it then. That will give you a real true reading, do this for about a month and then average it out and that’s your true blood pressure reading. If you’re like me, it’s like 20 or 30 points higher when you go into the doctor than what it is at home.
When I’m exercising and eating healthy, my blood pressure is never high. People go out and get on these blood pressure medication’s for life when all they need to do is change their diet and move around a bit more and it will solve the problem for about 95% of people.

I challenge anyone for three weeks to eat natural real Whole Foods just how it was created by mother Earth. Whatever it might be. Forget all preservatives additives processed foods of any kind. Just do it for three weeks straight. Then go to a McDonald’s, Wendy’s, whatever your choice might be, and eat a meal. And you will quickly realize what that type of food has been doing to you for all those years.
