Def pipe on Volvo 860

Crawling around under the 860 and found this corrosion and looks like it should be replaced before it becomes an issue.
in searching the inerwebs i think this is called a def pipe and those are coolant lines to keep the def from freezing . I find part number 23484019 for under 100 delivered. Looks like some tabs keep the hoses locked onto the pipe. Has any one replaced this assembly before, any input appreciated.
Is there a coolant shut off or do I have to catch it all in a bucket once the hose is disconnected? What holds the pipe assembly in place?

Do you push in on the tab to get it to release ? They dont look to bad, maybe some compressed air and some wd 40 to clean up first?
