New driver - need advice

It gets better....once you get by the training, you'll get out on your own, and you'll only ascend, provided you develop properly. Whatever you do, don't count the days down til you can go local. You gotta stay focused on honing your skills and understanding how to navigate the industry. If you count the days too much, you'll make yourself prone to make mistakes.
