The new southbound Cajon pass scales

For those not already familiar with this particular area -- this is on I-15 in California.

 

Where’s California?

 

I wonder if they plan to enforce laws.

 

It’s the COMMUNIST state which everyone stays away from. Only the hardcore can handle it.

 

It’s on my daily route whether it’s work or going down to civilization. I’ve seen it being built since day one.

 

Everyone always had complained, why would a scale(old one) be built at a bottom of a pass when your brakes are warm/hot. So they listened after DECADES…… they have compromised to keep all the Truckers happy. You wished and they finally heard. “Build it, they will come”……

They told me that I needed an emissions test done.. I laughed and cut California off my travel map.
