I’d like to address the concerns raised in the opening post in a fully transparent, point-by-point way. We checked our records and could not match the screen-name or incident details to any lease contract or driver file. If you believe we’ve missed something, please message me privately with a truck number, load number, or last-four of a driver ID so we can investigate directly.

1. WEEKLY GROSS EARNINGS
• Post says lease drivers take home only $2-3 k gross.
• Settlement sheets for the same period show 7-9 k gross.
(Redacted copies ready if anyone wants to verify.)

2. OREGON MILEAGE CHARGE
• We do list an Oregon line item, but it is the state-mandated weight-mile tax passed through at cost.
• No additional company markup is added.

3. ESCROW FUNDS
• Escrow is required under the lease and is 100 % refundable when the truck is returned in normal condition (Lease §4.2).
• Our records show all escrow balances returned for May-June.

4. TIRE FINES / “$5 k DAMAGES”
• Normal wear, defects, and any damage reported within 24 hours are covered by our maintenance plan.
• A driver is billed only if the tire is damaged by curb strikes, debris, etc. We could not locate an $800 tire fine or $5 000 damage invoice that matches the post.

5. DRIVER IDENTITY CHECK
• We could not match the screen name or claims to any active or former lease file. If the author provides a truck number or last four of their driver ID, we will investigate immediately.

Anyone who would like to see the supporting documents (settlement summaries, rate card, lease clause) can DM me and I will share redacted PDFs.

Nothing you said addressed anything of any importance.

You portray yourselves as nice people but in reality your only 2 goals are:

1. Profit
2. Self preservation

I ran non-stop with you. Never had any problems. Good rapport with dispatch. Never late.
AND 100% I returned that equipment in barely used condition.

Explain to us how no damages to the truck were addressed when they did the return inspection that I was present for but somehow 5k in damages and extra charges were found during an inspection that occurred after my departure??
You mean to tell me that the employee doing the initial inspection is so bad at his job that he missed all this cosmetic damage?? Probably need to fire him.

The excuse your secretary, Leo, gave me was that 20 minutes and 40 pictures wasn’t a good enough inspection…

I returned the truck on Monday but somehow you charged me for possession of the truck until Thursday… explain that??

Let’s talk about why you decided to keep my last 2 payments… If I’m not mistaken, isn’t Escrow the deposit that gets taken in order to mediate damages to the equipment? At what point is it ok for you to just keep peoples paychecks? That’s not part of the deal and is the equivalent of theft.

And wow look at that… you somehow hit me with $500 in “late tolls” in Pennsylvania. Checking back on my records that’s impossible I was never in Pennsylvania. This is fraud.

You charged me $210 for cleaning? I brought that truck back in immaculate condition. No cleaning was necessary because I’m not a slob and I wouldn’t want someone to have to clean up after me.

What I know for sure is that if you did me the way you did me after I worked as hard as I did, you do this to everyone. I doubt anyone makes it out of there without being a victim of your “legal” theft. It seems to be your modus operandi. I would venture to say that your company probably sees an extra 10-15% in revenue from stealing escrow and payments.

Anyway I’m sure you’re just going to tell us more robotic nonsense but go ahead and let me hear what you have to say….
