Roehl has such a turn over in drivers why do you think they hire students drivers. They don't go out and buy new trucks everyone quits thats why they are hiring all the time. There business is not growing, have fun getting screwed by them. I tried but got hungry and went else where. Safety HA HA as long as it does not interfer with the load. Good luck to all who get lied to

In my experience with Roehl, if you use the word "safety," all discussion stops until any issues are corrected.

They don't mess around with that. I've had loads late because of safety-related repairs or bad driving conditions, and nobody has ever questioned my judgement or second-guessed me. Never.

:biggrin_25516:Stay away from Roehl I spent 2 years with them last year in the Reef. I took home less than 22,000. Had more waiting for pretrip than driving. If you go with Roehl do the dry van. make a little bit more but they want to dictate your life. My advice is run run as far away from Roehl as you can. They had no big pay checks for me and i stayed out 4 to 6 weeks at a time.:biggrin_25516:

Are you a newbee? hang in there and watch your miles go to some other newbee once you put your time in with them. When i started with them i was getting over 3000 miles a week which turn to 1800 miles all because they put the loads on newbee at a cheaper rate. Not starving anymore:biggrin_25522:Best move i ever made turned in a Roehl (Junk) Truck at Gary

I have seen the power of red setting at the terminals on the weekends. If you had any brains mr. 2.5 average go to a truck stop and get detention time. DAH:biggrin_2559: Thats rick roehl going all the way to the bank laughing at you

So which is it 22,000 or 23,500? 4-6 weeks or 18 days? If you want to tell your story, good and bad, go for it, but at least make it believable.
