Well, I applied for TMC with a perfect background, prior Military and Law Enforcement, and SOLID work History and was turned down instantly for no given reason. When I asked, they said they didn't know, and if I wanted to reapply, I could, but they wouldn't look at it.
If I wanted a second review, I would need to send in a written letter explaining why.....
I do NOT understand that.Chinatown Thanks this. -
I have been looking into Keim TS. It seems pretty solid so far. Yea you have your handful of disgruntled drivers blowing off steam in reviews and forums, but you get that with any place.

As CT pointed out above -- Chattanooga is (normally) a GREAT place to get into trucking.
I will submit....with all due respect -- that your responses would likely be warmer IF -- you already had a CDL.
Better still -- a CDL with a hazmat endorsement.
As things stand now (the current abysmal CDL job market) -- you have too many applicants in the same stack as you -- but who already have a CDL.
A valid CDL would show the current crop of finicky carriers out there...that you mean business -- because you already have "some skin in the game".
As a recruiter -- who would you hire, first?
