So on that cycle wreck I came upon a week or two ago, still no name released on the bike rider. He had just bought the bike earlier that week, and got his motorcycle endorsement that morning. Only 19 years old. ( which surprised me, I was sure I saw gray hair when I went by) Can’t understand why they don’t release a name, they’ve released every bit of other info

That's exactly what it took me this winter to put new clutch/flywheel/rear main seal in, lol. Didn't help that I got the wrong cross-shaft and didn't realize it until I went to hook the linkage up. To say I was pissed off would be an understatement, mad at myself for not catching it and mad at ITP for ordering the wrong one when I took the old one with me to help them.

That’s rough. They need to have a system here like they do in other countries where you start out on a small low power bike and move up as you gain skill and experience. My first bike was a 1983 Honda 550. Had two (2) accidents in six (6) years. None since then.
They use kw instead of horsepowers.

At the age of 16 you can get AM (Scooter with a max speed of 45 km/h (25mph?)).

At the age of 18 you can get your A1 (Max of 11 Kw) The year after (age of 19) you can get A2 (Max of 35 Kw)

Or, if you're a beginner and don't have the a1, you have to wait till you're 20 to get A2.

    For a (unrestricted) you either have to be: - 24 years old - 21 if you've had your A2 for at least 2 years - 22 if you're got your A2 < 2 years

Another option is to start as a complete newbie (no license) at 21, do the exam for your full license, but get a restricted license (AKA max of 35 kw) till you've had your license for either 2 years or if you reach the age of 24.

I personally don't find Fresno's to be hot, but they do offer up some flavor, but I also eat jalapeños, seranos straight up so my opinion may be skewed a little.
