    392.3 Operating a CMV while ill/fatigued

This I found on that sight. Who determines my illness? DOT officers have medical degrees now too? Next time I drive by a weigh station I'll ask for a diagnosis. Seems that the CSA is a grey still.

I believe that new regulations are being enacted somehow with CSA 2010 being the new way of documenting CMV violations. Someone with some knowledge should explain better.

Ditto; Please explain in greater detail(or provide a link) as to what the heck is going to happen in a few months?

i heard changes are coming, but am unclear on it all.

i don't think i have anything to worry about as my nose is extremely clean and have absolutely no violations.

Thank you very much for the responses!

My husband is going to get his eyes opened when he views all that you truckers are put through. No hotel overnights covered, no food covered, games with DOC, games with dispatchers and the list goes on and on: this is beeping inhuman!!!

Talk about taking advantage of people. I'm going to check the ones that are public on NYSE and listen to conf. calls with analysts. Can't wait to hear what these companies have to say, about future earnings of their company.

What does a "beginner truck driver make?

Clean driving record check, steady employment past 27 years same employer check, college educated check, same wife past 27 years check. Was twice rear ended, other drivers found at fault and sited. One cared off in hand cuffs as it was a hit and run. But we ID at state police. Went to court judge carried driver off the court floor in hand-cuffs on 12/24.
    All the best,
    Melody

I can believe all the rest. No pun intended when asking where you heard the information on that projected average pay? I'm just curious.

Well you can expect under $30K first year. Around between $25-28K maybe or little more or less depending on what company he goes to work for and how big of tight wad's they are.
