3000 Flip Flops Put OOS

I'm pretty sure we don't have a "national language". At least not one that has been enshrined in law. For CDL English proficiency is required yes but it's a stretch for Duffy to say it like that.

 

That flip flop mud flap photo is hilarious. But good, I hope the number keeps rising.

I've met two who definitely wouldn't meet that proficiency recently. One in Madison Mississippi who literally could only say "no English" pulling a reefer in a new Freightliner. Standards are too loose and we could go for an actual driver shortage to get these wages up

Laws are passed by the legislative branch. I may not have known about the executive order but my point still stands.
