Ive heard alot of BS from drivers on werner but who knows till u try right
foodmojo Thanks this. -
why would you even care what they say? you make your money, you are happy. if someone can't find anything good to say about themselves, they tend to find something negative about others. either it is a company the opponent works for (like in your case), or opponent's looks, race, home town, his spouse, his poodle, his shoes
you can't please everyone.
angry people get off emotionally by putting others down. they will make all kind of stories to look better in other people's eyes. cause, we can't check those stories! ))
don't pay any attention to them. do your thing, make your money. -
overall, no employer cares about people. certain managers could care, your crew could care, but not the company. the number of happy and as well unhappy people grows in proportion to the size of the company. that's just how math works.
i do agree with you, that 14 years of employment sounds more like a good employer then a bad one. i'm starting to consider werner for my next step

Maybe there was an incident.

My reason for asking is about not keeping up with their agreement in regards to their own policies. I was thinking about werner very seriously but I've talked to drivers at the truck stops and a few are saying the same thing in regard to not getting you in your own truck when you've completed your 300 hrs. with a trainer. The concenses(sp) is they'll keep you for two to three weeks longer and still pay you training pay stating they don't have a truck for you but getting you to drive teams at less pay. If thats what their doing then do the math, X7000 tractors on the road, thats alot of money every month by taking advantage of new drivers...........IF IT's True. Thats why I'm doing my research and asking. So if i choose to go with them and it IS true I can't bi^%$ about it and have no one to blame but myself.

it's hard to figure anything out.
there are angry folks, who got screwed at fault,
angry folks who got screwed for no reason,
happy folks who got screwed by right folks and getting their hours and making their $$$ (oh i love my company, especially joe is so wonderful),
happy folks who just got lucky,
recruiters who pretend to be happy folks,
recruiters for competition who pretend to be pissed off folks,
drivers who are bored and just have to feed their ego by =i know it all, but ain't gonna show you the route=,
people who just have to argue and whine,
people who are masochistic and will gladly take any abuse,
people who don't know #### and just want to hope for the best and wright positive posts based on someone else's experience.....
oh help me, little tiny baby jesus!!!!!!)))))))))
