    Yes it is. Millis has changed so much over the last 4-5 years. It's a shame that a good company went downhill this far.
    I just want to get the information out to other drivers who might be looking to join Millis. Just facts so they can
    make an informed decision.

    Thanks for the vote of confidence in my quitting Millis. It's not a job if you work for someone and owe them money at the end of the week. I don't think pay can go any lower, but maybe it can!

    Right. I think the term for that is slavery or indentured servitude. Ten4, driver. You have yourself a safe one.

    I was at CFI when Heartland Acquired them and left soon after when they started changing the culture and miles went way down .....

    WW just came across this thread sad to see Millis is another casualty of Heartless Express dang sure wasn’t like that when I was there, man they would run your nuts off back in the day Smdh

    Yeah that’s when all the breweries were running at full capacity, Millis hauled a lot of beer and paper dang big ole roll stocks depending on who your dispatcher was you didn’t sit, if it was Opie or Jim Powell them wheels were always turning
