####... Sucks that things aren't working out, return to IRT maybe? But like @Knucklehead maybe having another dispatcher would make a difference, why he said the loads are tight? Maybe they are based on the locations and how many miles they are, luckily I get plenty of time for my loads, but good luck on whatever you do next, and let us know.

I've decided if I quit this job I'm getting out of tanker. Besides, from what I've heard, IRT is going downhill. One of their drivers came to work here and told me about how many drivers are quitting, and when they do Indian River is selling the trucks because they want to downsize. He also said he went 2 weeks without getting paid and said he thinks they just don't even have the money to pay him. They don't let drivers get their trucks worked on out on the road period. Unless you're broke down and stranded. Otherwise you have to use their shops.
The drivers in the IRT thread have all been working there for many years so IRT will try to keep them running, keep them paid etc. so from their perspective things probably seem alright. No offense to them or anything. I hope everything works out for them. I'm just saying it doesn't sound like a good company for new hires at the moment, if you can even get hired.JForce28, Speed_Drums, Lonesome and 2 others Thank this. -
IF you decide to leave and come over to Holland, let me know. I live right there in Mapleton and might be able to meet for a cup of coffee at the local shop.
I just wish it was working out better for you there than what it is. Sorry driver.Speed_Drums, Knucklehead, nextgentrucker and 3 others Thank this. -
Have you ever gone to China King buffet in Fargo? Awesome place!hotrod1653 and nextgentrucker Thank this.

####... Glad I went with Bynum then... Them and another company were my destination when I leave Bynum, looks like it's just the other company then. You would tanker? You're going into Dry Van? Local? Honestly, that would be scary for me, driving a 53, especially parking at truck stops, well, good luck in your future endeavors, sad to hear about IRT though.Cobrawastaken and Knucklehead Thank this.
