Heya. I drove for them in 15 and 16. They took me on with a 20yr break from my last semi gig. Drove w a trainer, who ended up being my best friend.

I don't know how Todd runs things. I was there when Alan was the bossman. Good person. Loved doing the water heater runs to the NW. Had a blast. 2 days off for every 7 worked. Bad side is that they use household movers miles. At least they did when I was there. The trailers, especially the stepdecks (dryvan stepdecks with hydraulic jacks on it), were on the old side. Don't know if that's changed.

You can do regional, local or OTR. I did both, and liked OTR better. Love going out west. In regional you'll likely be home for the weekend. Local does a lot of Chicago.

I recommend them based upon the way it was when I drove for them 10 yrs ago. Easy going, good ppl, not hard to work with.

They have went down the drain like the Titanic. The recruiter doesn't know her as* from a hole in the ground and will NOT verify anything with management prior to wasting a lot of your time with "we need this & that crap."

Long story short.....time wasters personified! Look elsewhere.

thx, i found some stuff you wrote after i posted and realized there are 2 b's in webber.
Nothing is like it was 10 years ago, and i guess i am not either..... im hoping for western regional. The hometime seems to fit what i need. And pay sucks in the SW anyway

Did they have a take truck home policy ?
While pokin' around (youtube, facebook, indeed, etc) i found most everything is 7 to 12 years old. And recent stuff was one word/ one sentence vague reviews on indeed

7 to 12 years old comments is because they suck that bad and nobody wants to admit they drive for them.

What state do you live in?

    New mexico.
You never got further than a bad recruiter ? that are as common as houseflies.....
Do you have someplace to recommend for southwest/ western regional that is less than 400 trucks ?

Recruiting is the front line of a company if you didn't know that. That Webber has 1 recruiter.

And i know all about them. NO regional etc. OTR only including Canada.
