Robert I have been an owner operator for 30 years and I have been driving for 35 years and I have herd a lot of truck stop lawyers but #### you take the cake.
First before I sign any contract I have my lawyer look at it and if she says go ahead then I put the pen to paper. You need to do the same. I’ll bet you they would have sent you a copy and you could have taken it to your lawyer.
second I have seen their pay Stubbs and on adjustments you can see that they deducted the refer fuel, which if you had an accountant worth paying that would have been under adjustable income ( deductible on your taxes) .
Now if you really want to jump in the pool with the big sharks then go get your own truck and authority, but know that you will have to keep your insurance for 1 year before anyone will give you a load. Then you will see what a pain in the ### it can be, but it can also be done.

As usual, Honest TB, you are correct. A slight mishandling of the available information on my part. On my word, as a gentleman, I will try and avoid any miscommunication moving forward.

1st only very few end up owning the truck in a LP If that wasn’t true companies would advertise the numbers on the percentage that actually pay them off.People who get involved in LP only fool themselves with a goal of purchasing a truck only to learn they really don’t know how to make money with it they think just put crazy miles on it and they will succeed.All they do is burn themselves out and if they did pay it off it’s worn out from the amount of miles on it.So you would have to refinance the truck again to pay $25,000 overhaul.You don’t have any business buying a truck if you’re not a good salesperson being able to lock down your owN customer that’s going to be profitable enough to be worthwhile. I seriously doubt you have any idea what hurricane is deducted on there taxes you understand your trying to pretend you’re intelligent but still got sucked into a LP.
