    Truck won’t build air pressure, one day it’ll fire up and build pressure then shut the truck off to get loaded and then won’t build back up, has new air dryer and new governor also cleaned the unloader box.

    Leaking at the purge valve, even though it's new? Or I suppose the governor could be getting stuck, even though it's new. Because it's coming and going I'd look at those 2 spots, particularly at the purge valve. If it's the problem, air will be leaking out when pressure isn't building. And it's not easily heard with the truck running. If it's the problem, you can splice the 2 airlines together, bypassing the drier.
