i'm willing to bet that it don't matter who'se at fault. it's always the cdl drivers fault. because, according to your log book. your not supposed to be where your at. and you'll end up with a logbook violation no matter how clean and accurate it is.

i guess theres a law somewhere that only GOD knows of that says your supposed to be here and not there. you wouldn't be in an accident if you were where you were supposed to be. but where your suppose to be is anyones guess.

i can see where the driver is lazy and don't do what he's supposed to do to keep his nose clean and his crap in order. but it sucks on all you guys that do everything to keep your business in order to stay out of trouble.

couple years back there was a semi broke down on the freeway onramp. he was way off to the side of the road. only been there half hour. had his triangles up and everything. some lady coming onto the freeway onramp ran right smack into his trailer. because she was talking on the phone and had no clue what she was running into. not only did she get cited but so did the semi becuase he shouldnt have been there. he should have been 10 hours up the road somewhere.

and then there's the tanker that lost his brakes coming down a grade. rolled himself over and spilled 5000 gallons of gas. becuase his brakes were about as far out of adjustment as they could go. and his drums were worn out so bad, 2 of them were cracked. now that's some lazy sh**

My dispatcher....wait...it was Larry, the dispatcher that sits next to mine, and answers the phone when mine does not.... wait..... sorry...

Larry hooked me up. Thought I would not make it home and he pulled a load out of his hind section for me yesterday. I thought it would be canceled till I actually picked it up. So I am headed towards home again. 2 hours away now and doing my 10 lol.
    Just could not make it.
But do not have to leave till Monday mid morning or early afternoon. Going to Detroit for Tuesday AM. Low northeast miles, but I can live with that on occasion. This will make I think 6 weekends home in a row. Will probibly only take home 500 bucks for this week though. Low northest miles.

Quick, somebody help me!!!! I'm experiencing deju vu. I'm on a load that I could swear I've run before, and not even that long ago. Less than 3 weeks I believe. Plainview, TX to MacClenny, FL. Course I don't have to sit here for 3 days this time just so I can get a PM done on my truck.
Man, I just gotta tell ya that some of these meat loads are just plum crazy!!! This particular one has a window of from 05/05 0700 to 05/09 0130. Why in the heck is that big of a window needed I wonder?
And how did TA screw up by not having a driver, sitting on his ### down here for thos e4 days waiting on it?

check for power at the plug going into the tank. test lights are fairly cheap if you don't have one. you MIGHT have to run a ground wire from the battery though. to hook the test light up. sometimes finding a ground under there is a ######. if you got power, then you got a defective pump. being a retired mechanic. it's not the first time i've seen that happen. if you got no power, then fuel pump relay would be the next likely culprit.

youi'll have to do a google search to find out where it is. and what color it is. usually under the hood. and you might have some other relays that might fit so that you can swap out to verify that's the problem.

you can also hook the pump up to the battery to see if it works. since you've already got the tank pulled out again.

i'm assuming you've got a fuel injected vehicle since you had to pull the tank. as chrome, (i beleive it was) was stating you had a carb vehicle. :)
