I remember you posting about that a few years ago. That's good news to see you're finally achieving your goal!

Welcome to Florida, where old people go to die :)
I am a two hour drive south of you.

Don’t know anything about the intermodal world but.. From what I see Jacksonville is a major hub as are the ports in Georgia. Palm Coast is an hour drive south of Jacksonville so getting home every day may be a challenge unless you can get freight that runs into Orlando.
Mostly what I see is containers running across I-16 towards Atlanta…it’s heavy intermodal traffic.

Don’t have any leads for you but I’d just hit a few truck stops like in Kingsland, GA right over the Fl border or up a little further to Brunswick.

There’s a TA and Pilot just south of Jax also.
Maybe hit up some truck stops and get some intel from the local drivers. Hardest part would be finding a driver that spoke English :)

Yes the English barrier is hard here in Chicago to getting worse I sometimes think if I should get a trailer and get out on my own but trucking is in a weird place right now don’t know if it’ll be worth it or not. I’m searching online seems a lot of companies hiring near Jacksonville a few in st Augustine too
