Old OD barn laid off 2 drivers last week and a newer dock worker. About 5 line bids got put to sleep when they were rebidding. Those guys either sit home, bag out, or run wild.
Heard from old coworkers more layoffs are coming this winter. Glad I jumped ship. Job market is horrific right now. Never thought I'd work for a place that stole a few hundred bucks out of each paycheck but it's this or no jerb at all. Or back to starving to death OTR for 40k/yr and coming home once every few months.
